Operations Manager

Armah Sports Company is transforming the fitness industry in Saudi Arabia by introducing next-generation fitness clubs under two flagship brands: OPTIMO and B_FIT.

Driven by our “Smart Club” concept, we provide a seamless, technology-enabled fitness experience that redefines how members engage with health, wellness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the club, including facility repairs.

Ensure the club meets health, safety, and legal requirements, including completing regular audits, validating licenses, and enforcing safety procedures.

Oversee member-related operational matters, address concerns, and improve processes based on member feedback.

Keep operational knowledge and skills up to date to support effective management and quality service.

Work collaboratively with the team and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management, Fitness, or a related field.

·        

At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a similar role.

·        

Experience working in an agile environment.
