Are you a commercially driven operator with deep roots in the Saudi contracting and transport sectors? We are seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager / Business Partner to take full P&L ownership and aggressively scale a high-potential business across the Eastern Province and Riyadh.

THE ROLE & MANDATE:
You will be the commercial and operational engine of the business, partnering with the board to drive market expansion, client acquisition, and execution excellence across:
  • Sand & clinker transport and fleet operations
  • Excavation, backfilling, and site preparation
  • Asphalt, civil, and electrical works
  • Maintenance services

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Drive Commercial Growth by securing new projects and long-term contracts.
  • Lead Operations by overseeing end-to-end site execution.
  • Optimize Fleets for profitability and deployment of heavy transport logistics.
  • Control the Bottom Line with rigorous cost control.
  • Build the Network by leveraging existing relationships to capture market share.

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
