This exciting role is essential for the efficient production of the pastry section, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with food standards in the kitchen.
  • Organize daily preparation including planning and organizing the menu requirements.
  • Conduct training for junior staff and supervise the preparation of raw materials.
  • Finish and present dishes for service, ensuring freshness and proper storage of products.
  • Maintain food costs within budget by controlling waste without compromising quality.
  • Keep your station clean at all times and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial performance by monitoring departmental costs.
  • Comply with the company's corporate code of conduct and familiarize yourself with company values.

Health, Safety and Security:
Follow operational hygiene standards, be aware of restaurant policies related to health, hygiene, and fire safety, and familiarize yourself with emergency procedures.
