Main responsibilities and tasks: 1- Receiving visitors and answering inquiries. 2- Providing visitors and patients with brochures about clinics, service offers, medical packages, and marketing promotions. 3- Opening a medical file. 4- Registering patients on the designated clinic system and ensuring the accuracy of the information before saving it. 5- Creating and printing patient invoices and collecting their amounts in cash or via ATM cards and entering receipts. This is done through the designated clinic system. 6- Ensuring that patients and visitors fill out medical disclosure forms and pledge forms and signing them by patients, archiving, and attaching these forms in the patient's file in the designated clinic system. 7- Printing a daily bulletin for doctors with the appointments for the next day and informing of any changes that occur. 8- Performing any task assigned to them by management.
