Receiving reviewers and visitors and answering their inquiries and guiding them to the places they are looking for in the clinics.

Providing visitors and patients with brochures that introduce the clinics and offers of services, medical packages, and marketing offers.

Opening a medical file.

Registering patients on the designated clinic system and ensuring the accuracy of the information before saving it.

Creating and printing invoices for patients and collecting their amounts in cash or via ATM cards (SPAN) and entering receipt information. This is done through the designated clinic system application.

Ensuring that patients and reviewers fill out medical disclosure forms and commitment forms and sign them by the patients, and archiving and attaching these forms in the patient's file within the designated clinic system.

Printing a daily bulletin for doctors with the appointments for the next day and reporting any changes that occur.

Doing any work assigned to them by the management.

Maintaining business secrets.
