Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate monthly salaries and payroll amendments.
Prepare and process documentation for employee benefits and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding payroll and financial transactions.
Engage in continuous quality improvement of payroll processes.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reporting standards will be beneficial.
