About the Procurement Specialist Role

Abdul Mohsen Al Rasees Sons Group Company is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in procurement, looking to contribute to the organization's procurement operations.

Core Responsibilities

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing various aspects of the procurement process. Key duties include preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions. The role also involves preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving any related issues or concerns.

  • Prepare proposals and request quotes from suppliers.
  • Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with vendors.

  • Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items.
