The Role: Product Manager Conversational Messaging & AI Services

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Product Manager Conversational Messaging & AI Services to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a business and marketing-oriented professional responsible for driving the growth and strategy of conversational messaging and AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of conversational messaging and AI services.
• Identify market opportunities within the conversational messaging and AI space.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and their needs.
• Shape and execute the commercial strategy for relevant products.
• Manage relationships with messaging platform partners and market regulators.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded Product Manager who approaches product development by identifying underserved market segments and their needs, then defining product requirements to meet those demands. This role requires the ability to translate business needs into concrete conversational use cases, develop clear value propositions, and formulate effective commercial plans. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in bridging market demands, compliance requirements, and product delivery.

• Proven experience as a commercially minded Product Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
• Experience in defining product delivery based on market insights.
• Skill in developing conversational use cases, value propositions, and commercial plans.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
