Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator!
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our projects. As a central link between office and job sites, you will support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Supervisors in maintaining project flow and coordination.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Supervise project operations and manage communication across teams.
  • Coordinate departments involved in the project and ensure adherence to plans and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison officer, facilitating inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and tools needed for projects.
  • Track project progress and report developments to the Project Manager.
  • Engage in project planning and execution from start to post hand-over.
  • Resolve daily site challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Perform related tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

Your Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess an Engineering Degree or related qualification, or experience as a Refrigeration Coordinator.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Experience in supporting diverse project activities.
