About the Company:
The MEMF is the KFB Group's flagship company, located over a sprawling 15000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh. Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to manufacture high-accuracy measuring and protection equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and formatting reports.
  • Monitoring and responding to emails professionally and promptly.
  • Communicating with internal departments as needed.
  • Coordinating daily project-related administrative tasks.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
  • 02 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
