• Develop and implement the annual and strategic expansion plan for the project locally and internationally. • Research and analyze the targeted markets to identify investment opportunities and economic feasibility. • Manage negotiation processes with owners, developers, investors, and potential partners. • Coordinate with government agencies and municipalities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses. • Supervise financial and technical feasibility studies for new projects. • Build and manage a network of strategic relationships with banks, investors, and real estate development companies. • Follow up on the implementation of new projects until the actual operational phase and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on the progress of expansion plans, challenges, and opportunities. • Lead a specialized team in development and expansions, distributing tasks to ensure the goals are achieved efficiently.
