The Promoter Supervisor Role

Bonn Medical Industries is seeking a Promoter Supervisor Cosmetics & Skincare to lead and develop its promoter team across pharmacies, hypermarkets, retail stores, and promotional events throughout Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires a hands-on supervisor capable of effectively managing field personnel, maintaining high execution standards, and building a high-performing promoter team. The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic, organized, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate promoter teams across multiple locations.
• Monitor attendance, sales performance, targets, and daily activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, hypermarkets, and retail outlets.
• Ensure proper product display, brand visibility, and in-store execution.
• Prepare promoter schedules and coordinate event coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate promoters.
• Provide ongoing product and sales training.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and field marketing activities.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all assigned locations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising promoters.
• Previous experience managing promoters in pharmacies, hypermarkets, supermarkets, or retail stores.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Saudi Arabia for field visits and events.

Preferred Skills and Background

• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or personal care is strongly preferred.
• Experience with cosmetics or skincare brands.
• Experience working with major pharmacy or retail chains in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience managing a sizeable promoter team.
• Background in sales, trade marketing, or field marketing.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves significant field work and travel across Saudi Arabia to supervise teams and ensure execution across various retail channels and promotional events.
