We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the entire procurement process including:
  • Managing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Sourcing and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiating with vendors and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Purchasing Processes.
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and related documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience in facilities management is a plus.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of the English language.
