Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company policies and budgets.
  • Evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and compare prices to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation related to purchases and expenditures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing requirements and operational needs.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues such as quality concerns or discrepancies in invoices.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in the procurement process.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Purchase Specialist or similar procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests efficiently.

- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
