Job Objective:
To be responsible for supplying the company with products and services in accordance with the company's budget, and to develop diverse strategies to find purchasing opportunities at suitable prices and high quality, and to communicate with suppliers to ensure the best offers and prices.

Tasks and Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the nature of real estate development projects.
  • Managing the purchasing processes of building materials, finishing works, and services related to the projects.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best prices, quality, and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Building and developing a database of approved suppliers and contractors and maintaining strategic relationships with them.
  • Developing the procurement team and monitoring employee performance, providing necessary training and guidance.
  • Coordinating with project, engineering, and planning departments to ensure procurement needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring budgets and costs and providing periodic reports on the status of procurement and supplies.
  • Following up on the application of approved policies and procedures in procurement management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate development or contracting sector.
  • High negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement and contracting systems, as well as local and international standards.
  • Proficiency in using ERP programs such as Odoo for managing procurement, inventory, and contracts.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate the team.
  • Preference for experience in the real estate development sector and the ability to start work immediately.

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, cost estimation, and procurement management.
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
