Job Purpose:
To establish, implement, and monitor the quality management system across the group of companies, ensuring standardized procedures and improving performance in all departments to achieve operational efficiency and compliance with approved policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a quality system suitable for the nature of the companies’ operations.
  • Prepare and update work policies and procedures for all departments.
  • Monitor departments’ adherence to approved procedures.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and report to senior management.
  • Identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent work practices.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among employees.
  • Train employees on procedures and quality requirements.
  • Follow up on customer complaints, analyze their causes, and propose improvements.
  • Prepare the company for any future quality certifications or accreditations (such as ISO).

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in quality or process improvement.
  • Good knowledge of quality systems and procedures, and process organization (*, ISO 9001).

Required Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Process analysis and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
