Quality & Compliance Manager – مدير الجودة والالتزام

Setting and developing quality standards for salon services.
Monitoring branch performance and ensuring compliance with cleanliness, hospitality, and overall appearance standards.
Conducting regular field visits to branches and preparing detailed evaluation reports.
Training branch supervisors and staff on quality policies and customer service.
Receiving and analyzing customer feedback and providing appropriate solutions.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
Participating in developing continuous improvement plans and standardizing the working style across all branches.

Lead the financial planning process and provide clear leadership to the finance organization.
Promote accuracy in financial reporting and forecasting.
Provide business and financial guidance to ensure operational results are met.
Align financial forecasts with production forecasts by collaborating with production and sales teams.
Develop and manage financial information systems and oversee the operating plan cycle.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5 - 8 years of experience in Finance, preferably in the FMCG or Pharmaceuticals sector.
Proven experience in commercial finance, controlling, and business partnering.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

Qualifications:
Required:

7–10 years of experience, ideally in sales to malls, retail chains, or commercial properties.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Solid understanding of technology platforms and basic IT principles.
Based in Riyadh.

Direct experience with retail analytics, footfall tracking, data management, or customer experience optimization.
Strong B2B sales and marketing experience.
Ability to navigate complex client environments.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the competitive landscape in KSA retail and commercial property sectors.

2-5 years

Drive the sales cycle to meet and exceed individual sales quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at executive levels.
Act as Checkmarx ambassador within specific client accounts.
Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services.
Identify new business opportunities and develop comprehensive engagement strategies.
Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline in SFDC.

10-15 years of experience in Cyber Security sales, particularly in high technology products and solutions.
Proven track record in building relationships and networking with C-Level executives.
Experience in Application Security Testing market preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong negotiation capabilities and business acumen.
Familiarity with *********** is a plus.
