Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Skills Required:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and CRM Systems.
Languages:
Fluent in Arabic and basic English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers through cold-calling, follow up on leads, and present business ideas to clients.
- Stay informed on market trends, demographics, and other factors influencing the buying and selling process.
- Aim to achieve sales targets set by Senior Management.
- Maintain current knowledge of competition and pricing.
- Update and manage listings of available properties.
- Review new construction plans with clients and recommend options.
- Address client queries regarding construction, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.
- Identify potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare necessary documents for the buying/selling process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and negotiate to resolve issues effectively.
- Create daily and weekly reports for line management.
Business Skills Required:
- Effective communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Teamwork and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail is essential.
Experience:
