Receptionist required to work at a prestigious restaurant company, possessing a decent appearance and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for greeting guests and visitors, directing them, and answering phone calls.

Main duties:

• Greeting visitors and directing them.

• Answering inquiries and providing the required information.

• Organizing and scheduling appointments.

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area.

• Working days: 6 days.

Receiving patients and visitors and directing them to the different departments in the clinic.

Answering phone calls and providing basic information to patients.

Scheduling patient appointments and organizing the doctors' timetable.

Registering patients' personal data in the system and preparing their medical files.

Monitoring the availability of doctors and medical facilities to ensure workflow is smooth.

Handling all general inquiries related to the provided health services.

Providing administrative support to other work teams in the clinic.

Ensuring a clean and organized environment in the reception area.

Dealing with emergency situations professionally and calmly.

• Solving simple visitor problems such as lost items and providing directions or handling minor complaints, while escalating complex issues to the supervisor.

• Maintaining positive interaction with visitors through clear communication and a commitment to help, along with problem-solving skills.

• Documenting interaction details with visitors and providing feedback by recording their comments and observations.

• Assisting in data collection and updating frequently asked questions (FAQs) based on visitor inquiries.

• Following the approved procedures and protocols in the shopping center to ensure a consistent experience for visitors.

• Completing assigned tasks on time and to a high standard, as delegated by the Senior Visitor Service Officer or other team members.
