  • Welcoming visitors or clients, directing them to the responsible person or the appropriate office.
  • Ensuring that visitors register upon their arrival at the reception area and saving their data on the computer.
  • Ensuring that the reception area is organized and contains all necessary office supplies such as pens, brochures, and work-related papers.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Providing administrative support and coordinating work activities.
  • Receiving emails and responding to them.
  • Sending and receiving faxes and saving work-related files.
  • Interacting with clients and strengthening the relationship with them.
  • Organizing appointments and scheduling meetings, updating calendars.
  • Keeping copies of documents and records.
  • Answering any inquiries or questions that clients or visitors may have.
  • Maintaining the office filing system.



-Working hours: 8 hours

-Five days a week

-English language is required


Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
