As a Receptionist, your primary role will be to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering professional and customer-focused services. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality assistance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to customer interactions to ensure service continuity.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities by applying best practices.
  • Prepare accurate reports for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet company standards.
  • Maintain and record customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer inquiries.
  • Support customer satisfaction and loyalty programs in accordance with AJVA and FORD standards.
  • Develop effective relationships with colleagues to achieve team performance objectives.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistent work quality.
  • Comply with safety, quality, and environmental management policies.

Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Relations or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
