About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for various functions including:
  • Conducting check-in/out inspections.
  • Overseeing inventory management and stock counts.
  • Supervising the maintenance and cleaning teams.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance timely.
  • Preparing reports on property operations and guest feedback.
  • Handling guest requests efficiently.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Maintaining the reception area’s appearance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in Operations and Front Desk management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in property management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
