Are you a skilled and driven recruitment professional? Dkhoon Emirates is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to be part of our growing team in Riyadh. We specialize in the perfume industry and are looking for someone passionate about sourcing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various retail roles.
  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Handle recruitment through government platforms such as HADAF, Tawteen, Tamheer, and Ajeer.
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Ensure alignment with Saudization regulations and targets.
  • Coordinate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide insights on market trends and suggest innovative recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail recruitment, preferably in the perfume industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Saudi labor market.

  • Providing timely responses to all candidates.
  • Tracking each new hire through their initial 90 days.
  • Building and maintaining an internship pipeline.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong instincts in candidate assessment beyond CVs.
  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
