Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide continuous feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
