MinIO is the industry leader in high-performance object storage and the company behind the world’s fastest, most widely deployed object store. We are seeking a technical, creative, and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to drive our next stage of growth in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia region.
What You Will Do:
- Drive New Business Acquisition: Actively prospect and identify enterprise opportunities, leveraging your network and creative outreach to generate pipeline and close high-value deals.
- Technical & Vision Selling: Confidently articulate how MinIO delivers transformational outcomes for data infrastructure, AI/ML, and HPC.
- Close Complex Deals: Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, focusing on $250K+ opportunities.
- Compete & Win Against Legacy Software: Demonstrate the advantages of cloud-native, S3-compatible object storage.
- Educate & Influence: Teach prospects about AI infrastructure optimization and lead them to strategic transformation.
- Quantify Value: Build business cases and ROI models with quantified benefits and financial justification.
- Partner-First Territory Strategy: Execute partner-led co-selling strategies with channel and alliance partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Forecasting & Planning: Maintain disciplined pipeline management and clear account strategies.
Your Skills And Experience:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with average deal sizes of $250K+.
- Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments.
- History of building co-selling strategies.
- Skilled at leading transformation sales.
- Proven ability to sell against legacy storage solutions.
- Startup experience in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- BA/BS in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
