The Role of Restaurant Manager

Cozy Vibes Restaurant & Café is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. The manager will ensure guests receive high-quality service and an exceptional dining experience, aligning all operations with the Cozy Vibes brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing staff schedules for optimal coverage.
• Supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintaining high service standards consistently.
• Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements.
• Resolving operational and customer issues promptly.
• Ensuring the restaurant’s atmosphere aligns with the Cozy Vibes brand identity.
• Coordinating with the kitchen to maintain food and beverage quality.
• Managing inventory to prevent shortages and waste.
• Enforcing all health and safety regulations.
• Hiring and training new team members.
• Supporting marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant.
• Driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to service consistency.
• Familiarity with basic POS systems and restaurant management software.
