Tasks:
Managing daily operations within the stores and ensuring smooth workflow


Achieving sales targets and continuously monitoring performance


Supervising the team


Accurately monitoring inventory, orders, and supplies


Professionally handling and resolving customer complaints


Preparing periodic reports (sales, performance, inventory)


Managing promotions and marketing campaigns


Continuously improving the customer experience inside the store
Managing relationships with suppliers

Developing stores and opening new outlets and branches


Excel skills are required
