About the Role:
As a Retail Manager at شركة نادي النصر - ALNASSR Club Company, you will be responsible for overseeing retail operations and driving revenue growth across official club stores. This role includes managing daily store performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring alignment with the club’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily retail operations across physical and online stores.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee merchandising strategy, product display, and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product launches and inventory planning.
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making.
  • Manage store budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 5 - 7+ years of experience in retail management.

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in the MHRSD ecosystem (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).

  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and [English/Other].

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel is a must for payroll auditing).
