We are in search of a proactive and experienced Safety Manager to oversee our safety programs and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and programs in line with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports, records, and safety manuals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety measures into project planning and operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure company compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in safety management or a similar role, preferably in industrial or logistical settings.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and safety management systems.
