Join Alpin as a Safety Manager!
We are seeking a highly proficient and energetic candidate for the role of Safety Manager for a railway system project in Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal position is essential in ensuring the safety and compliance of all project operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Safety and Security Management System (SSMS).
  • Oversee the Engineering Safety Case Plan and the Safety and Security Management Plan (SSMP).
  • Maintain safety assurance procedures in compliance with the System Assurance Management Plan (SAMP).
  • Support the development of the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability Study (RAMS) focusing on safety considerations.
  • Develop and maintain Safety Case Files for all rail assets, coordinating with an independent Safety Assessor.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • A total of 15 years of work experience, with 10 years specifically in railway development.
  • Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
  • Prior project management experience is highly desirable, with chartered membership in a professional organization related to project management and/or railway system engineering preferred.
