About Oldtimer and the Opportunity

Oldtimer is a prominent group specializing in motorcycle gear and spare parts, currently expanding its operations across the GCC region. As part of this expansion, Oldtimer is establishing its presence in Saudi Arabia and is seeking a Sales Associate to join the team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position, open exclusively to Saudi nationals in compliance with the Kingdom's Saudization (Nitaqat) program. Candidates with 0-1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role of Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers on the retail floor, guiding them through the sales process for motorcycles and rider accessories. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and building lasting relationships to support business growth in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the established sales process for motorcycles and rider accessories.
• Diligently track and follow up on sales prospects.
• Manage sales transactions to ensure a smooth and positive buying experience for customers.
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors with a welcoming approach.
• Schedule appointments and promptly follow up on confirmed bookings.
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic are essential.
• Good spoken English is considered a strong advantage.
• Confidence in using phones and computers is required; experience with POS or CRM systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in motorcycles, power-sports, or retail sales is preferred.
• A valid Saudi motorcycle license is preferred, or a genuine willingness to obtain one.
