We are looking for a dedicated Sales Consultant to help us transform urban landscapes in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the ambitious Vision 2030. This opportunity is based in Riyadh and offers a chance to contribute to our significant growth plans including the development of over 8000 residential units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels.
  • Maintain a robust client database and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed property information.
  • Assess client needs and propose suitable property options.
  • Negotiate prices, finalize agreements, and assist with documentation.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and submit periodic reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-focused roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of real estate products and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
