Join التطوير الشامل للتطوير العقاري as an Off-Plan Sales Consultant, where you will be instrumental in marketing real estate projects under the sale system. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with potential clients at the sales center and providing detailed explanations about projects and offers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market real estate projects using the off-plan sales system to potential clients.
  • Welcome clients at the sales center and explain projects and offers in detail.
  • Follow up with clients, analyze their needs, and propose suitable real estate solutions.
  • Complete booking processes and document contracts via official platforms like 'سكني' and 'وافي'.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per the company plan.
  • Build sustainable relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster future sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, customer service) to ensure a complete customer experience.
  • Update the customer database and follow up on the real estate closing stages.

Requirements:
  • Experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan projects.
  • Knowledge of Ministry of Housing systems and the Wafi platform.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Able to work within a team and achieve targets.
