RapidData Technologies is a leading company in IT Services and Infrastructure, and we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Saudi Arabia. If you have a passion for sales and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support daily sales activities and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records.
  • Follow up with clients, leads, and internal teams on ongoing sales activities.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, client calls, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets and timelines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Saudi National (added advantage).
  • Experience in the IT / Technology industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
