Role Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid position for an Event Sales Coordinator based in Riyadh, allowing occasional remote work. The successful candidate will:
  • Manage client relationships and understand their needs.
  • Plan and coordinate various types of events.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage event logistics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events.

Qualifications:
⦁ Proficiency in customer service and communication skills.
⦁ Strong background in event planning and management.
⦁ Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with proven target achievement.
⦁ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
⦁ Capability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and meet tight deadlines.
⦁ Familiarity with CRM systems or event management software is a plus.
⦁ A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the events or hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia will be advantageous.
