Location: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview
Location: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for motivated Sales Engineers to join our team. If you are passionate about engineering, construction innovation, and client success — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell innovative building material solutions to clients and contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Navigate approval processes with consultants and authorities for project specifications.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and project pipelines to achieve company targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building materials, precast, construction chemicals, insulation systems, waterproofing, façade solutions, lightweight construction technologies, or concrete admixtures.
- Strong knowledge of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) applications is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Team player with a proven sales track record.
