Join our team at Technology Products and Services Company (TPS), a leading provider of high-quality solutions for the water and wastewater treatment industry. We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer based in Riyadh to drive sales growth and manage client relationships effectively.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the water and wastewater sector.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals and ensuring smooth project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Understand and interpret client requirements to recommend suitable TPS products.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals in coordination with the technical department.
  • Follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
  • Support after-sales service in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Represent TPS at trade shows and other events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards is a plus.

  • Extroverted, confident, and relationship-oriented, able to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
