We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer/Sales Executive to drive business development and sales within the construction and building materials sector in Riyadh. You will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer/Sales Executive to drive business development and sales within the construction and building materials sector in Riyadh. You will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales within construction, building materials, or contracting
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles
- Proven ability to manage senior-level stakeholders
- Experience working in the Riyadh market is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales activities in the construction and projects market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers
- Identify new business opportunities and manage leads effectively
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Participate in project negotiations and commercial discussions
- Track sales performance and pipeline progress
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry-related engagements
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and convey commercial value
- Organized, target-oriented, and self-driven
- Comfortable working with consultants and project teams
- Hands-on experience in Fit-Out works
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
