About the Opportunity

Food People is partnering with a B2B business in the food chemicals industry to recruit a Sales Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves strategic leadership within a dynamic market.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will hold a strategic leadership role, encompassing commercial management, business development, supplier relationship management, and team leadership. This position operates across multiple markets within the food chemicals sector, focusing on driving growth and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and business development activities across the Central and Eastern regions to drive sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across specialty chemical applications and industries.
  • Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, commercial objectives, and market trends to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development and execution of regional sales plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and customer trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and supplier engagements within the assigned region.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales management, ideally within the food chemicals or a related B2B industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring a presence in the Central and Eastern regions for business development and relationship management.
