Job Announcement The Yes Sateer Commercial Foundation announces its need for a Marketing and Sales Manager to work full-time. Application Conditions: • Experience in the field of care for no less than 7 years in the Saudi market. • Valid driving license. • Valid residency. • Fully aware of the Saudi market. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Tasks: • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that achieve the company's objectives. • Study and analyze the market and competitors, identifying opportunities and challenges. • Set monthly and yearly sales targets and monitor their achievement. • Manage the marketing and sales budget efficiently and ensure optimal resource utilization. 2. Sales Management Tasks: • Manage the sales team, distribute objectives to them, and motivate them to achieve them. • Monitor sales operations, supervise negotiations with clients, and finalize contracts. • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports periodically. • Build strong and sustainable relationships with key clients and maintain their satisfaction. 3. Marketing Management Tasks: • Design and implement marketing campaigns (traditional and digital) that fit the target market. • Develop the company’s brand identity and enhance its presence in the market. • Monitor advertising campaigns and promotional offers and measure their effectiveness. • Manage content for the company’s social media and website. 4. Administrative and Developmental Tasks: • Train and develop the sales and marketing team and raise their efficiency. • Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management on performance and results. • Participate in developing products and services based on customer needs. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality systems.
