Job Objective
Lead the establishment and management of the entire sales department, set the sales strategy, attract merchants and partners, and build and lead the sales team to achieve growth and expansion goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the sales department from scratch.
- Prepare the monthly and annual sales strategy and plan.
- Attract local and e-commerce stores and brands to join the Hayina platform.
- Build and manage the sales team and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in field meetings, customer visits, and closing deals.
- Develop the sales pipeline, manage leads, and convert them into actual partners.
- Prepare periodic reports, analyze performance, and submit recommendations to management.
- Build strategic relationships with business and logistics partners.
- Contribute to the development of commercial offers and sales incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in e-commerce, tech platforms, or logistics services is preferred.
- Previous experience in establishing sales teams or departments.
- High skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.
- Ability to work in the field and office and achieve targets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
