About the Sales Manager Role
Elite Hive Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, remote position focused on driving sales for the company's OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) product lines within the hospitality sector. Elite Hive Partners specializes in supplying premium hotels and hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia with sustainable and design-forward solutions.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, including hotel operators, developers, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying new business leads within the hospitality sector.
- Developing and delivering compelling client presentations and proposals.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborating with internal sourcing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the hospitality, OS&E/FF&E, or interior design sectors.
- Demonstrated skills in pipeline management, account management, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of sales reporting and basic financial concepts (margins, pricing).
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and site visits.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of sustainable products and design-forward solutions in the hospitality context is beneficial.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, remote position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires travel within Saudi Arabia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
