The Abdul Wahab Al-Qaraawi Trading Group announces the availability of a Sales Representative position in several of its branches

Job Details:

• Welcoming all customers directly upon entering the showroom.
• Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to the official dress code.
• Keeping the workplace clean and organizing the stock of goods.
• Working with other colleagues in the department during the periodic inventory process.
• Continuously working on self-education to increase knowledge of the available goods and brands.
• Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to the customer, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and ongoing communication through messages and all available methods, and keeping the customer informed about all new products.
• Handling customer complaints positively and trying to solve problems, and escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible.
• Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions.
• Following the company's security and safety instructions and fully cooperating with the security department.
• Working on attracting new customers, maintaining current ones, and working on bringing back old customers and motivating them to return for purchases.
• Continuously arranging the goods in the showroom and returning them to their original position.
• Reviewing the showroom manager for any problems that hinder workflow to resolve them.
• Following all instructions issued by management.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum secondary school.

Work Details:

• 48 hours per week.
• One day off per week.
• Must be available.

• Promoting and selling Medtronic's products within an assigned area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursuing leads and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's offerings.
• Conducting market research on customer and competitor activities.
• Implementing market development plans/strategies and making necessary changes.
• Communicating customer feedback on new products to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
• Finding innovative solutions in line with market dynamics through various communication models.

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience.
• Surgical and OR (Operation Room) experience.
