We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Officer to manage and follow up recruitment requests and operational processes through internal systems and official platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and update recruitment requests in the internal system
• Follow up on paid recruitment requests through Musaned platform
• Upload, review, and track recruitment contracts until approval
• Execute and follow up on authorizations through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs platform
• Continuously update the status of each request
• Coordinate worker arrival schedules with drivers and internal teams
• Close completed requests in the system after worker arrival
• Monitor official timelines and deadlines and report any delays
• Follow up on management instructions with staff or external offices
• Perform any other operational tasks related to recruitment operations

Working Hours:

• 6 days per week
• One weekly day off

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
• Basic computer and system handling skills
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure
