Sales Representative

-Promote and sell duct manufacturing products (GI ducts, fittings, accessories, insulation-related items).
-Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, MEP companies, consultants, and project owners.
-Identify and follow up on new projects and tender opportunities.
-Prepare and submit quotations based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
-Coordinate with the production department regarding lead times, quantities, and delivery schedules.
-Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
-Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales and market reports.
-Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sale support in coordination with relevant departments.

• Balance cash fund daily.
• Conduct surprise float count on all cashier holding floats, including non-operation ‘cashiers’ like Talent & Culture and Security.
• Maintain over and short records for each cashier and report evidence of review to the Financial Controller.
• Update all cashiers float record on a monthly basis.
• Keep track of casual labor, valet dockets, official receipt book, and movement records.

• Be aware of hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings, and training as assigned by management.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by Management.

• Must be a Saudi national and hold a university degree.
• A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
• This position is open to Saudis only.

• Fall Protection Products: Harnesses, Lanyards, SRLs & Anchorage Solutions

• Develop new business and manage existing client relationships across KSA.
• Promote engineered fall protection solutions to various stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and technical consultations.
• Interpret technical drawings and coordinate solutions with design teams.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and safety briefings.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure correct system deployment.
• Track projects from enquiry through to order closure, achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitors regularly.

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred).
• 3-7 years of experience in construction, safety systems, or technical B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of construction environments and HSE requirements.
• Preferred experience with fall protection or structural safety systems.
• Able to read technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid KSA driving license.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
