Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience within the showroom. The Sales Showroom professional will be responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through suitable furniture selections, and actively working towards achieving sales targets. A key aspect of the role also involves maintaining the overall presentation and organization of the showroom space.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive customer service to all showroom visitors.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively present and explain furniture features to customers.
• Actively work to achieve established individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain organized product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and presentable at all times.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability and efficient inventory management.
