Overview Of The Role:
As a Sales Executive at Al-Futtaim Automotive, your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets for both new and used vehicle units. This dynamic role emphasizes maximizing the sales of Finance and Insurance products, managing trade-ins, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction as reflected by the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Success in this position is not only about your sales achievements but also hinges on effective customer engagement and comprehensive data management across various platforms.

What You Will Do:
  • Sales Targets:
    Achieve monthly unit sale targets by leading customers through a structured 'one offer' journey, maximizing uptake of Finance and Insurance products, and achieving set targets for trade-ins and accessory sales.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Maintain expected standards on NPS throughout the customer journey, manage leads across different channels, promote effective referrals to enhance customer experience, and capture customer data accurately.
  • Training and Knowledge Management:
    Complete all mandatory training required by Al-Futtaim and OEMs while staying informed about competition activities.

Required Skills To Be Successful:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Capability for timely resolution of issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

What Qualifies You For The Role:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Valid Saudi Arabia driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
