Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage online, phone reservations, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
  • Register guests, collecting necessary information.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide information about our business.
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Perform membership sale closing procedures including application and contract processes.

Job Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Flexible to work on a rotational basis.
  • English and Arabic speaking skills are mandatory.
  • Cosmetics sales experience is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the ladies section.
  • Sales experience is a MUST.
