Supervising the patient experience from the first contact to after the visit, and ensuring a consistent and professional level of service. Managing inquiries and complaints professionally, addressing feedback quickly, and escalating what is necessary to management. Coordinating doctors' schedules and resolving conflicts to ensure a smooth flow and an excellent check-in/check-out experience. Ensuring the accuracy of system entries (appointments, confirmations, cancellations/rescheduling, no-shows, patient data). Increasing the conversion rate of inquiries to bookings through a consultative selling approach and guiding the patient to the most suitable option. Implementing and following up on follow-ups for unbooked cases within 24 hours to convert them into appointments. Supporting the sale/renewal of packages in coordination with the doctor and in line with the treatment plan. Reviewing daily performance indicators (bookings, cancellations, no-shows) and summarizing key observations and opportunities.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English

Key Accountabilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in dental sales, including supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve targets.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel.

Languages: Arabic and English professional proficiency.
