Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support a team of sales representatives.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.

  • Coordinate with other departments (*, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.

  • Encourage teamwork and build a positive sales culture.


Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English

  •  Training and Development:
1.     Training new and current employees on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
2.     Holding periodic meetings to motivate teams and listen to their feedback and inquiries.

  •  Employee Management:
1.     Coordinating employee vacation and attendance schedules.
2.     Participating in recruitment interviews and selecting suitable candidates.
3.     Evaluating employee performance periodically and preparing performance reports.
 
Benefits:
